The doctor walked out of the MRI saying Cutler's the toughest s.o.b. he ever met

I can't question his toughness he almost got killed vs the giants and he never complained... He has absolutely no playmakers on offense.. The offense of line is the worst in football and they just got beat by a better team...

Did you forget about Johnny Knox, Devin Hester, and Matt Forte? They are not exactly chopped liver.

As much as I don't like him I agree with Skip Bayless on this one. People only jumped to the conclusion that Cutler was dogging it because he wasn't a drama queen for the cameras on the sideline constantly wincing in pain and unable to stand, etc. I've sprained my MCL before and it's no joke. I think Maurice Jones-Drew and all those other assholes who ripped him on Twitter owe Cutler a big apology.

Haven't you also received herpes and been anally raped in prison, as well? I'd venture to guess the MCL sprain was a walk in the park in comparison.

This is some stupid ass criticism and it also show how seriously people take sports. It's easy as hell to tell someone to risk their career sitting on the couch. Deion Sanders has no brain, SAME EXACT THING happened to LT a few years ago. Tell me, does LT have no heart either?

Seriously the same body language experts and medical doctors sitting around said the same things about LT. Cutler did try to play with the injury, but it got to the point where he was hurting his team more than helping them. Hanie made the game close so it was a good decision.

Also since when was Devin Hester a legitamite receiver?

Cutler seems like a jerk but a quitter? I don't think so.

He played through a season with undiagnosed diabetes. He can't take cortizone shots. He only missed a game this year bc his head was driven into the ground on the ninth sack of the first half.. why would he quit now? Because he played poorly?

No one plays poorly as well as jay cutler. He'll continue to try to fit the ball between three defenders forty yards down the field all day off his back foot while doing his retarded straight backwards shuffle.

If he wasn't such a douche, it wouldn't be this big. And he certainly wouldn't be attacked by other players. He was just being who he was on the sideline. Im not sure why everyone was shocked to see him being so indifferent. He's been like that his whole career.

I agree with all that. Criticize Cutler for being aloof, but not the injury. Michael Irvin, Kerry Rhodes, and Deion Sanders all took shots at Cutler. They perceived him as being "soft". Well, all three of them played soft in their careers.

Taking shots from Rhodes and Sanders for being soft has to hurt. Rhodes' best idea of tackling recently has been pitifully grabbing onto a player's jersey while getting bowled over in hopes of stoping the guy after a 3 yard-after-contact gain. Deion wouldn't know how to hit somebody if they were peeing on his leg.

I never liked Irvin as a player but he brought it every down. When your philosophy on contact is "go across the middle or go back to the ghetto" you have a right to talk. Still an asshole, though.

The funniest was Jones-Drew criticizing him. Where was he when his team needed him to get in the playoffs? Oh yeah, injured on the sideline
