Let him open up his friggin' pizza shop in the Bronx and leave me alone. If Pool was on the bubble, that personal foul solidified a spot on Rex's D. That hit was epic!
Rex Ryan is going to watch tape of that hit and say "that's a fucking Jet." He's then going to commission Dennis Thurman to chew Pool out for getting too wrapped up in the foul to provide proper inside support on the touchdown pass. But he's quite clearly making the team.

Landolt was the LT that started last nights game. I thought he did ok & looked decent the chances he got in the 1st few pre season games.
Robby Felix was far better than Taylor. It would've been nice to develop a young, versatile lineman like Taylor, but Felix did way more to earn a spot.
Agreed... I just thought Taylor had more potential... but in the end who cares. It'll be interesting to see if Felix makes the team. Many are high on Kroul but I think Felix showed more this pre-season.
I don't know why anyone is high on Kroul- he hasn't showed dick. Maybe folks are banking on him as being another Brandon Moore, DL to OL "transformer."
Felix will be our backup center. With Turner out, we need one of those. Kroul isn't as versatile as Felix, but the two likely aren't competing for a roster spot.
I disagree, he looked lost at times, nothing special. For a Big Ten starting lineman, he should be more of an accomplished player.

I'm not thrilled with the Kroul transformation. I understand it takes time, but we can't risk having a back-up with no O-line experience, especially with our shitty depth .
