It's obvious Cro doesn't give a flying shit anymore. He doesn't even generate interceptions anymore. Hope he's enjoying that last "big" pay-check, after this season he can forget about it.

he is a bum. he is not even trying out there. he does not close on receivers at all. Never mind the cushion he gives.

I think you guys are too hard on Cro, he cares, he's trying, I just think it's been his health, his hip ain't right and it's showing with the product on the field. You guys are confusing being hurt with not caring. Shit I have some tendinitis in my knee and haven't been able to run for three weeks, I can try but the searing stabbing pain in my knee makes it pointless as my pace is so slow it's not helping my training anyway. Training or playing anything hurt is very hard, doing it in the NFL is nearly impossible, especially when it's your wheels for a DB.

He's just not a starter anymore. Teams have figured out to attack him deep at this point. You have Eli, Romo, and Brady on the schedule down the stretch. That's not going to end well if we keep trotting Cro out there.

Now the question is what do we do with him? He's not a good tackler either so can't put him at safety and he would get smoked in the slot.

Bowles has to bench him this week. Marcus Williams should start.

Put em on kickoff, maybe he will run one back.

Have you seen Cro carry a football? He shouldn't be returning kicks. Put Devin Smith back there haha

Cromartie is an excellent kick returner.

He's a make shift returner... If it weren't for us being desperate in 2011 Cro would only have 31 returns in his career. He should be used as a last resort and the Jets are almost there lol. But for someone that has never housed one in the NFL or in college its hard to call him "excellent"

I guess not lol cause its not recorded in his stats. But that was a great play. I guess its pointless to say he's not great because by Jets standards he is great.

I normally scoff when people suggest these things because the skill sets at the positions are so different...

but Cro to WR might be interesting. Less reacting. No tackling. Great length. Decent ball skills. Hell, he can't be much less effective than Smith as a deep threat right now.

Good idea, we can have Nick Folk pooch kick it to him on a fly route.

Leave Cromartie alone, his hip made him blow those coverages.
