I've been thinking a lot about Curtis Martin lately, thanks to this thread. I remember I had an odd ritual whenever CMart had a good play. While most fans would get up and cheer, my celebratory reaction was far more . . . disturbing. I would pantomime holding him in my arms much like a newborn baby. I would gently caress his head, and look upon him lovingly. Occasionally, I would lean down and plant an ever so delicate kiss upon his brow. Needless to say, this ritual garnered many an awkward glance, but I cared not. My love for Curtis is so pure.
