Agree with this. That list is loaded with big names. On a side note, I really feel for Terrell Davis. It's a shame his career ended like it did (and vs. the Jets, no less). I have a feeling he'll end up being one of those highly debatable names that end up on the ballot for the next few decades before finally getting in. I really enjoyed watching him play. Good luck Curtis!
I think Faulk, Hanburger, and Sanders are locks to make it in this year. Sabol and Richter have solid shots.
Have fun in Akron. The Hall of Fame induction in Canton will probably be more fun, but you go for Akron. =)
This class is stacked. Curtis will make HOF but I've got doubts he'll make it on his first try. No SB ring might delay his entry.
Curtis is my favorite player all time and I'm hoping he doesn't make it in this year. I will not be able to make it because I will be in Hawaii getting married. Tickets are on sale for the induction now for those who want to make it there.
I read this morning that Curtis wants to go in as a Patriot, as a sign of allegiance to the team that brought him into the league. Unbelievable. Made you look!
There seems to be a lot more support out there for Jerome Bettis than Curtis Martin. Martin was definitely the better player. The statistics show it. The film shows it. But, hey, Bettis was a lovable fat pig, he acquired a Super Bowl ring (as a backup), and was more famous. So put him the in fuckin' Hall first!!!!!!11111111
It would be a disgrace if Bettis were to get in before Martin. I can accept Roaf, C. Carter, S. Sharpe, but not Bettis. Although, if Bettis gets in this year ahead of Martin then it works out better for me.
