I'm taking a wide receiver. He has shown some flashes in an offense that doesn't pass the ball much due to Quarterback troubles. I believe that with Tom Brady, Marvin Harrison, and Ben Watson at his side, he will do great in my offense. I select WR Matt Jones.
Terrence McGee, CB Didn't get as much recognition since he played next to Nate Clements, but McGee is a true playmaker in the secondary, and is a threat to take it back for six whenever he gets the ball (defense or return)
While this may not be a conventional pick, I believe it's a good one. He will set up my offense with good field position 95% of the time if he doesn't take it to the house. He could mold into a good CB, we haven't seen much of him at the position, but you never know until he tries. With that, my selection is Devin Hester.
If my math is correct, I'm OTC. My pick will be in in 5 minutes. Edit: Surprised this guy is still around, so surprised that I checked this thread at least 10 times to make sure he wasn't taken... a little injury or two and all of a sudden he sucks or something? Just 365 days ago he had more potential then any OT in football, and after 2 minor injuries he's still a fantastic player now, with the potential to be the best LT in football 5 years from now. OT Robert Gallery, Oakland Raiders
I will address my O-Line replacing my Devin Hester pick. I'm taking Left Guard of the Carolina Panthers, Mike Wahle.
Oh wow guys, my bad. I thought Matt Jones was Drew's round 13 pick, so I went out of order. My pick was Terrence McGee
I select WR Joey Galloway -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I select TE Heath Miller
I think its my pick so here I go. There wre many player I considered with this pick. I watch a lot of Eagles football and love this kid's potential and his skills now. TCMC selects: Reggie Brown
I'll select Max Starks, extreme run blocker at right tackle. Not the best pass blocker, but he also has an All-pro guard next to him.
Ten selects Offensive Tackle Jonathan Ogden of the ravens. Steal of the draft in my opinion.Ogden under went a mini revival last season returning to his all pro form and was named to another pro bowl. While he's no spring chicken he is just 33 so I'm sure I could get a good year or two out of him.I've got my young building blocks in place for this team,so I don't really consider age a factor.
