so far in the last couple pages of this thread, Ive read that the Browns are tougher than the Colts, there is " no way in fuck" that we can beat Philly and its going to be very hot against Miami. SMH
the hottest month on average in London is July at 66 degrees....66. October average is like 55....it aint gonna be hot in London for that game
Houston is not that good. I live here, and they're a 6 win team at best. They're WR2 is cecil shorts for god sakes plus no foster until week 5, plus NRG stadium is not a tough place to play.
If Bowles has a winning record this year, THAT is doing better than Rex did his last 4 seasons with the jets--I guess you have forgotten about Rex's 4 consecutive non-winning seasons (2011-2014), including 4-12 last year. As to the "title games" you refer to, Rex's jets made the playoffs in 2009 ONLY because Colts coach Caldwell took Peyton Manning out at halftime of the season's final game. Forgive me for wanting a coach to try and get us a winning season. And you call me (and others) completely ignorant? If you think Rex is so great, why don't you follow the Bills?
Wildcard spot could be tough. Oakland and Kansas city both look pretty good. Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk
You know I mean fan expectations. Obviously every team's goal should be to win the Super Bowl. Win the division to get a home playoff game, etc.
I don't think we will win the division. I think we will gradually improve as the season goes along and maybe make the playoffs. I think 9-7 is a reasonable expectation. Ron
The Jets made a habit of losing early games like 10-9 and 9-0 during the years Rex's defense was really good. It's not hard to lose a tight game late if your offense just can't do anything effective. I think the Brown's defense is more than good enough to shut down the Jets if they're already sputtering for other reasons.
yea but I would still give you the same argument. why would my expectations be effected by last year's result.
