The guy should go back to coaching because 1. He is a football coach. You can dress him in a nice suit and make him shave but Cowher is a football coach first and foremost. Second, everyone has a boss or supervisor to report to. If Cowher doesn't want to answer to anyone then let him go out and buy his own team. Mike T is doing the interviewing. Talk to the man and afterward, request to speak to Woody. I'm sure they would have regardless. I'm not pinning this on the Jets management. Everything is negotiable but you have to sit down and talk first.
