Cowboys sign Pool

I remember him being completely run over on a play last year.

 

Good post. I agree. This is great news, imo. It means the Jets have to do something and cannot let another off season go by without making a move.

As someone else said, addition by subtraction.

 

He was not much at tackling.

 

Who cares... if not for the fact it's becoming clearer and clearer we have to do something at S.

 

Cowboys brought him in for NYG games. His only assignment is to tackle Ahmad Bradshaw

 

Pool did not get the playing time here, he got burn when Leonard went down.
He was our most athletic safety, like him our hate him he had the physical tools to be legit. I like Leonard but his value is not physical, and I like smith as a ST'er.

I do think we are getting Nelson that's why Pool was given the freedom to leave.

Finally yes Pool got run over by Bradshaw, but consistently running after TE's is worse, and being blocked 10 Yards in the endzone and making a play on the final qb sneak is worse.

Smith and Cro couldn't bring down cruz. So I wouldn't highlight pool can't tackle, blah blah

 

Addition by not readding him onto the payroll. Another mighty coup for Tanny the Terrible.

 

yeah the play where he got assraped by Bradshaw.... lol thats about it tho

and Jimmy is way better than Pool.. not much of a loss

 

he picked off big ben in the title game a year ago

 

Last year against the Patriots he made three stright tackles for a loss. It was pretty awesome. I got hyped.

 

Hope they enjoy his concussions

 

Now Bradshaw can steamroll him twice a year...,another gutless Jet defender,...Get the F out of here Brodney, too bad you can't take Kyle Wilson with you....
