U should place blame on both guys. If you get in a car with a drunk man behind the wheel then it ur fault also. He had a chose to get in that car with a man he was drinking with all night. As for a drunk hitting someone in another car is just stupid what u said.
Ridiculous analogy. Putting some blame on the passenger who chose to get into a car with a drunk driver does not in any way excuse the driver from this. But he should not be treated as an innocent victim either. Someone in another car being hit by a drunk driver would in fact be an innocent victim.
