Because he knows his pretty boy got caught and he's trying to convince the world--one fan board at a time.

Tomorrow it's Buffalo, Wednesday it's Miami and so on and so forth.

We'll see him in another 31 days.

    It's pathetic.

I would understand that if you were just here to read our reactions.

    You are actively fighting it.

    Dude, let it go.

Brady cheated, got caught, was punished.

    Let it go.

Tom Brady was not punished for cheating. He was punished for impeding the investigation.

Ask Martha Stewart and Barry Bonds if obstructing justice is a big deal.

Whether he was responsible for defeating footballs is moot.

The only person allowed to tamper with the evidence is the Commish....

If it's not in the pats interests it's not fair then

He asked them if they wanted his cell phone, they said no, he destroyed it when he got a new one, consistent with just about anyone with a mild level of fame.

He was punished for winning too much, and playing for an owner hated by other owners.

Grogan just finds it interesting to present a non-biased academic view of the situation from an employment law perspective.

So wait, are you saying most famous people destroy their old cell phones when they get new ones? How is this done I wonder? Do you put a magnet to it? Throw it in a river? Smash it with a hammer? I usually just sell my old one or give it away to someone, but that's just me.

That's just because you're not of mid-level+ fame. Assuming of course

Actually, Brady doesn't even do it as a matter of course and the Court went out of its way to point that out. If he did it consistently it might have saved his ass.

Pro tip: when you are the target of an investigation and you destroy evidence, don't expect anyone other than your mother or some pathetic fanboy loser with no life to believe that there wasn't anything incriminating.

deflategate was not even the first time Br*dy AND McNally were busted for tampering with footballs.

they were busted in 2004, for sneaking practice balls into a game against the Jets......a game narrowly won by the Pats.
the ballboy was of course McNally.
i'm gonna guess those balls were on the deflated side, and easier to grip.
they were only warned by the NFL to stop the bullshit, so there was the warning Pats fans claim they never got.
that was even before Spygate, to give a better idea how long this footballs scam has been going on for.

the whole bathroom schtick in Foxboro was just the natural evolution to the early crude process of flat out using substitute footballs.

    cheaters.
have been for some time. always looking for an edge, legal or not.
there is no way to separate Pats history from cheating at this point.
