I'm pretty sure this is the October 1978 game, the Jets won to go to 4-3. It was the same day the Yankees beat the Dodgers to go up 3-2 in the World Series.

I'm a little older than you. 1978 is the only year Robinson really played, except the 1979 opener, which was a home game vs Cleveland. Since I'm a Dodger fan, I remember both of those 1978 games being on the same day. That Game 5 I think was the day Reggie Jackson stuck his hip out into a DP throw and caused chaos, the umps let it happen, I was pissed. Happy about the Jets, though.
