There is no something else to say. And who on the FA market is really any good besides brees, who we don't really know is any good anymore.

Bollinger could move around, but his accuracy was pretty bad most of the time. Vinny looked more accurate to me with alot more strength in his passes. Vinny can be great all the time, with the golden o-line. But just the slightest bit of pressure can force a fumble or a pick very easily for him, 0 mobility. Without a great o-line, vinny is pretty ineffective, he's good, but needs time to pass.

There isnt a ton of talent in the FA market, but to say Vinny is better than them is just ridiculous...

    Jon Kitna?
    Aaron Brooks?

    Just to name a couple.

Aaron Brooks is awful. I would like kitna, but the bengals will resign him, IMO.

The fact of the matter is Vinny has nothing left. I can't believe I am having this discussion right now. In fact I am done.

Yeah I know he's done, without the o-line he's nothing. Anymore playing time will probably be to risky for his health. He still has the arm strength left, but really nothing else.

The entertainment value of your trolling has waned. This morning, it's either you or the Marmaduke cartoon. I'll take the dog.

Because a 17 yr old Vinny fan that idolizes him in an un-natural way decided to post the topic.

I sure as hell hope not...the last thing we need is a strong armed dummy trying to teach other players how to throw game changing picks

When I was reading this, I thought I was suddenly a 6 years younger. Wow, this thread had humorous potential. The night crew let me down.

I have alot of respect for Vinny, he was a pretty decent quaterback back in the day. Back in the day. He can't play the game anymore. He fumbles every time he's hit with the ball, and his ankle is too weak. We know he can't play anymore, and he knows he can't play anymore. He won't be back, the feeling mutual on both sides.

Yes, Vinny should return as the starter. He's just awesome. Even if Pennington is healthy the Jets should go with Vinny. :breakdance:
