I guess we'll see if you're right based on in game performance, because there is no way you can know this otherwise...

Exactly...they spent a draft pick on him and the guy we have in there now is doing terribly. The rookie can't do much worse, so lets see if he has any potential/future for this team.

Clarke was absolutely terrible on sunday.

I live in the Buffalo area and the Buffalo News has a breakdown of the key plays of the game every week. This week it chose to focus on key times they were able to beat the Jets o-line. It always ended with - "Allowing (insert schlub Bills d-lineman) beat Jets LG Adrian Clarke"

This Bender kid better play better than him, or I'm gonna go on a Bender myself.

JC is alluding to Will Montgomery being ready to play. It wouldn't shock me if Montgomery starts over Clarke and Bender takes some snaps from Clement. Should be interesting....

Listen, this season is pretty much lost and all we serve as is a spoiler at best. Lets experiment and see what works and what doesn't. For all we know, Bender could be the next Faneca and Clemens could be the next Brady. But we won't know till we let them work and learn together. I say throw Bender into the mix and hope for the best.

It is time to get Bender some Reps to see what he can do as well. I just hope they make sure to have the Rb have his back on pass plays.

The Jets have too many needs and the season is too far gone not to play him. Whether he's ready or not is really irrelevant when you consider that all the visual evidence points to Adrien Clarke not being ready at all. When you have a guy that sucks and a guy you're not sure about and you're 1-7, you play the guy you're not sure about.

At this point why not right? Get them in and lets see what they can do.
