Dallas did it, Baltimore did, Oakland did it and the Pats twice. No doubt the Giants and Eagles will do it too.

Stats aside, though I don't discount your effort putting all of that together, yes. You can't lose to a gimmicky offense like Denver. I will say this though, coming into a game like this after a loss might keep the Jets more honest. No way you can look past a team when you can't afford to lose.
