The right guy for this team is a program builder and a culture changer--should have been Matt Rhule last go around.

Matt Campbell is the perfect guy for the job, I just don't think he wants it.

You would think money would talk eventually, but some guys wont take a job for anything. And lets face it, at some point how many millions you have doesn't really matter.

 

Just a reminder Gase was suppose to be an offense minded coach. I just want a head coach that can make adjustments on both sides of the ball and manage as a overseer to all phases and not a play caller to one.

 

I like Fitzgerald, but Campbell would be fine as well.
