Lets look at the whole picture and see he has THREE wins, and stop dissecting his one bad game out of those three.

This isn't a thread about this game, it's a thread about his playoff career to this point.

He made plays when it mattered, that's all I care about.

Sanchez was awful most of the game but he made the throw that counts at the end and he gets major props for that.

Please... Sanchez sucked tonight. He over threw 75% of his passes, and miseed at least one, maybe two TD passes that should have been easy. We won despite Sanchez's LOUSY performance.

Let me say it again, this thread is about Sanchez's playoff career, not a single game.

He has more wins than any of them, that's all there is to it.

For all of the stupid crap that happened out there today, the Jets still won another playoff game, and I couldn't be happier.

Eff everybody who wants to make this sound like a bad win. Eff all you all.

The Jets beat the Colts in the playoffs, and that's that!

He won the game. But if we have any hope next week he has to play better

There is no doubt that Sanchez is hurting now..he has a shoulder capsule injury! Having had one myself it hurts like hell even with cortisone shots. Yet the kid is hanging in there and giving us a chance to win...

Sanchez gutted through an injury and made huge plays when it counted. It wasn't a hall of fame performance, but it doesn't have to be every week.

It's regrettable that he sucked for much of the game, but when the Jets needed him he won them the game. That's really all that matters at the end of the day.

I agree that the kid sucked tonight on average but when it counted, he didn't fck up and I gotta give props for that. I really don't know what was going thru TIBS's mind on some of the playcalls but I will say I'll be much more comfortable when a competent, rational OC takes over the Jets. We have the weapons, but the planning seems always to be shakey..

He hit about 8 out of 10 in the second half. Including the drops.

Measuring a qb by his wins is stupid. It's unfair to the 50+ players on the team, and the hundreds of jet coaches and training staff. I love Sanchez, but he played terrible for majority of the game. I know he will step his game up next week

bad game overall, but he put the team on his back and won the game for us when it mattered most.

Does this mean the Steelers are returning their Super Bowl victory in 2005 after Ben's putrid performance?

    Didn't think so...

I could care less how he played for 99% of the game as long as we score more points then the opponents. The only stat that matters this time of year is W's and Sanchez can add another playoff W to his 2 year old resume. What does he have 22 or 23 wins in 2 years already?

mister sanchise made one play, the only play the mattered, when he REALLY REALLY REALLY needed to, to win his 3rd PO game in 2 years, without brad smith.

    bow to your master.

Sanchez has had a great start to his playoff CAREER. Here's to more and more playoff wins, road or home.

(Doing my part 624, but you're fighting an uphill battle. That "Jersey Shore" gif may make an appearance soon.)
