I think there should be at least 2 plays a game where we drop Leon into the slot and have Clowney crisscross him on a double go route. Somebody has to be open with that much speed.
I was happy to see him get that first one out of the way, a nice juggling catch on the run, too. He was also in there on the punt and kickoff teams, hopefully we see some more of him. Favre certainly had time yesterday to throw the deep patterns, but I didn't see Clowney in the game a whole lot. Very nice to see LC making plays down the field again, we kind of got away from that after the first quarter.
I think Ratty looked better than Clemens in pre-season. But, and the important but, is that it was pre-season and Ratty was up against the second and third teams.
