Holy smokes Robert Turbin (RB, Utah State) is BIG and FAST! Big hands too.
Very curious to see how he'll do in the drills... for now he could be interesting for rd 3.

Go @ minute 4:17 and see from there...

Brandon Bolden also looks interesting as a late rd pick...

Trubin has speed for his size, but is not the kind of runner that is goign to run past defense at the NFL level. Aubrun held him in check and most of his stats are amassed against small school competition. He's a solid mid round pick, but nothing special. He's another Shonn Greene type.

We need speed and WR Hill look like what we need.

His running style doesn't remind me of Greene at all. Where were you going with that?

What the hell? What did they change, TIME?

These are unofficial times, they're always different than officials.

I say we go after Lamichael James. He IMO is going to be the next Marshall Faulk. The hell with the combine it all at what he does on tape and this guy is a beast.

If you do, please make it Tanny. I don't think I'd like jail very much. Thank you. ;-)

No... I'm saying they changed the measuring system. Electronic devices evolve you know?

Last year unofficial times where higher than this year I seem to remember.

Micheal Floyd has to be given very serious consideration at #16. Everyone knew he had size and was a hands catcher. Now we know he can run.

So that could mean they are faster this year?

If that is the case, which I don't think it is, but if it were, it could just be this group is faster than last years.

The receiving corps is much better, and part of that is because they are faster on the whole.

Props for the Robert Turbin info, I thought he looked good today. I dont really know where he fits on the Jets but still a good prospect

Why would you blow a high round pick on the type of player we already have on our roster (J.McKnight)?

How about we address the actual NEEDS of the team (OLB, WR, S, OL).

I think we need another big back to compliment Greene. Powell and McKnight will/might do fine on 3rd down but if we want to run a bruising style of football we need someone else. Also because Conner doesn't really like like a FB who can carry the ball.

Kind of disappointed in his 3 cone drill and the shuttles... I think he really needs to move some weight from the top part of his body to his legs.
Doug Martin (same height as Turbin, little bigger) is the next Ray Rice BTW...

He's big and has good acceleration for his size, but his top end speed is not going to see him breaking off a lot of 50, 60 yard runs in the NFL. He's also not elusive enough to make lots of people miss at the next level. The kid is an average back who will be best suited running between the tackles in a power running scheme in the NFL.

If perry runs under a 4.6 tomorrow, he's the one to draft.
