    I am also pretty sure every sport has a similar rule whether it be leaving the bench, the dug out, etc.
    Stupid penalties are stupid penalties period, for the other poster to try and excuse it because it may not have been intentional is silly. It still cost the team 15 yards and could have cost them the game.

    Colon pretty much lead the offense in false start penalties last year, now he's even getting flagged from the bench. Man, get this dude off the team. The line plays way better without him.
