Texas is gonna fuck up Ab Christian dont listenn to anyone who says bet on Ab Christian. Texas -8.5 is easy money
Gotta admit. Based on your previous warning I faded you on that one and took the +8.5. Wish I didn't take the over too on a separate ticket but damn what a game. Year of the 13 seed.
Not betting today but if I was I would take Wisconsin +6.5 (against Baylor) and Houston -7.5 (against Rutgers). These are sober suggestions unlike last night
Illinois can't get a damn stop. Loyola is so efficient with the ball on offense, its amazing to watch
Big Ten overrated as hell this year. LSU will probably beat Michigan tommorrow. Wouldn't be surprised if out of 9 teams, 1 or 0 make it to the sweet 16
Would absolutely love that. I cannot stand Michigan fans whatsoever. They are probably in my top 3 hated fanbase along with Penn St and Notre Dame for college sports
They're blaming it on the hotel they stayed in that also had a bunch of people from a high school tournament and little to no mask enforcement in the public areas.
Not a big college BB fan at all, but I have to admit enjoying it when teams from the two conferences with the most obnoxious fans (Big 10 and ACC) lose early.
I was hoping the foul game was going to get me to the over but Illinois (rightfully) mailed it in with 30 seconds left. Illinois pretty much made zero adjustments and ran the same exact set every time down the floor. Loyola really should've been more like a 5 seed. They've lost twice in three months and pretty much beat the shit out of their entire conference. I've seen this mullet Mayer kid on Baylor miss like one three all year and that was today. Baylor is so damn deep. Meanwhile, the afterthought Pac-12 is 5-0 and I think Oregon was going to wipe the floor with VCU and their one scorer anyways. I like Oregon going deep in this thing. LSU is balanced and efficient. They just can't get stops. Michigan matches up well because they can play in a track meet if it goes that style. Lazy end to their game yesterday though while LSU was in full control against your boys.
Oregon going on a deep run seems like a good call to me. Altman always has his team ready in the tourney
I understand the short preparation and not seeing it often and yada yada yada. But West Virginia is now the second team in a row against the Syracuse 2-3 that's not trying to drive the ball into the heart of the zone and draw a defender for a pass. Another tic-tac-toe passing effort beyond 28 feet to jack up a bad three. WVU has a pretty good dribble drive player in Deuce McBride. You have to attack the zone and embrace attacking it. Not try to dissect it with 18 foot passes.
Its because its not easy to drive it into the heart of the zone. Passing breaks the zone, especially to the gaps/short corner. Problem is these kids these days dont like short jumpers so they aren't looking for the mid range in the gap, just for layups or 3s.
I'd still give it a shot over what they did to start the game and what SDSU did the other night. You're right though on the two point jumpers but McBride can hit those. What might kill them down the stretch is Culver isn't a very good foul shooter. WVU started to figure it out at the end of the half.
Rutgers blows a lead at the end. Oral Roberts down 5 with 6 left. I don't think a 15 has ever made it to the S16?
I believe they're the first. This is the first year I made it a point to watch regular season college basketball so I felt pretty well prepared for the bracket. Even watched mid majors. And my money bracket is an absolute mess especially with WVU and TTU falling. My only hope is Baylor winning it all. Only three out of like fifty brackets have them winning including mine.
FGCU (Dunk City) beat G Town 15 vs 2 and then beat No. 7 San Diego State 81-71 to get into the S16 and eventually lost to Florida. So this is the second 15 to make it to the S16. I thought FGCU was a 14, but I guess I was wrong.
