and hes rich and also has TMZ hands all over it. This is just another case of TMZ hyping shit up and a woman who sees who shes involve with (a rich and famous athlete) knowing if she was to cry foul in anyway she would be receiving book deals and Good Morning America interviews (especially if shes white). I mean seriously, after reading the stories if this was Bob who worked at UPS this story would of been thrown in the garbage or wouldnt have been created because the chick would of moved on. If I were an athlete in this hoe attention media America, I would force all these woman to sign some contract before they could get involved with me.
I think for years Pro sports/Celeb's have been covering things like this up or quietly paying off those who made claims. From what I read in this case, the woman was dropped off (by someone) at the hospital, the hospital reported it to the sexual crimes unit. She hasn't said she was assaulted by any of these players, only that she was with them, smoked a bong, then woke up in the hospital. I haven't seen anywhere that she is looking for a payday from Colin or anyone else. A police report was filed and reported by the media. TMZ reports celebrity news, it's not surprising they are on the story. If this were "Bob at UPS", I'm sure UPS and anyone who Bob delivered to, would want to know as well.
If this was Bob at ups there would never have been a story to throw out, but this doesn't sound like your typical girl looking for money story even though I kind of joked about it like that. The more I read about this the more it sounds like she OD'd on something and Kaep and his boys panicked and dropped her off at the hospital
They didn't drop her at the hospital, Miami police were called to the Viceroy and they were concerned with her piece of mind so they called Miami Fire Rescue. http://www.miamiherald.com/2014/04/12/4053886/san-francisco-49ers-quarterback.html Looking a bit more like Kaepernick nor anyone else has done anything wrong but of course more can still come out. There was a rape kit done on her but results have not been released. There is of course the bong issue they will have to deal with.
According to the reports, one of the players made two calls to the police. The police arrived and "they grew concerned about the woman's frame of mind and called Fire Rescue, which transported her to the hospital." The Herald reports the woman told police she passed out around midnight, and the Fire Rescue was dispatched to the residence at 12:32. If she passed out close to midnight, that means the police were called sometime between 12:00 and 12:32. We still don't know the rest of the story, but the 12:32 time was confirmed by a spokesperson for the Fire Department. This would seem to bode well for Kaepernick, Patton and Lockette, given the apparent short time frame to call the police after the woman says she passed out. http://www.ninersnation.com/2014/4/1...ernick-quinton
ESPN Uses "Street Clothes" Photo Of Kaepernick, Then Decides Otherwise For some reason, ESPN used a photo of Colin Kaepernick in a backwards hat and regular clothes early Saturday morning while reporting on his "suspicious incident." Usually, a standard photo of him in a uniform would accompany the report. Why the switch? The Worldwide Leader actually did use a photo of Kaepernick in a 49ers uniform at first, but the following airing of SportsCenter switched to the photo of Kap in street clothes. The airing after that reverted to the first picture. Here's SportsCenter at 12:40 a.m. (all times are Eastern): http://deadspin.com/espn-uses-street-clothes-photo-of-kaepernick-then-de-1562555999
Allegedly, c'mon now, you can't just be throwing allegations out there saying Kaep did that to Bob. And what ever happened to victims of sexual assault being afforded some degree of anonymity. I mean really, Bob is going to show at the warehouse tomorrow morning and guaranteed before he gets in that big brown truck he is going to have all kinds of questioning stares wondering if he asked for it.
There's no smoke without fire. You know that, TMZ knows that. I wouldn't like to open the parcels Kaep will get from this point forward.
It was pretty clear all along there was nothing to the story, I wonder what happens with the marijuana issue though. http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/f...ck-miami-prosecutors-decide-article-1.1827208 Prosecutors in Miami decide not to file charges against 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick, two other NFL players
