I'd rather have Moss standing next to Coles...... Are the Jets just having an awesome September or what?
Yes they are off to a good start. This Sunday will be a defining moment this year, in finding out just how good they really are. I really hope they play well. They have a shot at victory.
He was on NFL Network just now. Just barely caught it in time, sorry for no heads up. Calf is feeling good. Credits coaching staff for improvement over last year. Players have bought into the system. Chad is better now than when he was with him in 2002. Bad press has motivated Chad to improve. Puts more time into studying and working out. Can't touch on Curtis' situation, but he has seen him around working out. No set timetable for his return. Colts a very talented team. DEs apply a lot of pressure, defense is very fast. Must come out and execute the gameplan. Control the ball, run and pass to move the chains, keep the clock running. Puts time into film study to tell how teams try to stop him, which helped him improve his game over the years. On T.O. situation: Owens' explanation makes sense to him; doesn't seem like the type of person do to something like that. Has a bowling alley in his house, open letter to anyone who wants to play him. That's about it.
Jim Mora says he doesn't like us against the Colts on Sunday but has been impressed with the team's start. No team is going to run away with the division so everybody has a chance.
Santana Moss- 13 receptions, 188 yards, 14.5 yards per reception, 0 TDs Laveranues- 24 receptions, 331, 13.8 yards per reception, 1 TD Look, Santana was a nice player but Coles fits this team a helluva lot better. I'm ecstatic to have Coles here for the long term.
