My first coffee of the day is usually black. I don't put cream or sugar unless I really need that extra boost in the morning. If I have one in the afternoon, I'll put cream in it and that's it.

I believe the lyrics were changed when Rockefeller had entered politics and was in the process of being elected Governor of New York. Not sure if it was at his request to be seen as more of a common man or if it was to comply with equal time provisions in advertising.
