O'Dea, who spent the past two seasons as assistant special teams coach with the Chicago Bears, replaces the highly respected Mike Westhoff, who will take off next season for health reasons. With the Bears, O'Dea worked with Pro Bowl kick returner Devin Hester and kicker Robbie Gould. Before joining the Bears, he was special teams coach with the Cardinals (2004-05). He also coached with the Lions (2002-03), Bucs (1996-2001) and Chargers (1994-95). Henderson, in his third season with the Jets, replaces Mike MacIntyre, who left after one season to become defensive coordinator at Duke. Last season, Henderson was an assistant defensive back coach. He spent the previous two seasons as the Jets director of player development. Devlin, who was an assistant offensive line coach last season, will coach the tight ends in addition to assisting new offensive line/assistant head coach Bill Callahan. He coached the tight ends in his first season with the Jets.

Because I know, man. The question I ask myself when I think about the Jets is "What have they done for me lately?" Lately they've gone 4-12 and haven't signed a single big name FA yet...proving they don't even care they went 4-12.

That Mangini is the worst thing to happen to this franchise since BB screwed us over. I'll run down the list of Mangini acquisitions: Justin McCatchless Kenyon Shitman Chemo Suckass Curtis ConMangini Andre Wadsworth (LOL MANGINI THOGUHT HE'D BE LIKE LT OR MERRIMAN OR SOMETHING!!!) Multiple Pats (LOL he must think he's rebuilding the Pats when he's NOT) Adriane Clarke (LOL the idiot probably thought he got the next Hutchinson) Who else can I get him for? Josh Evans? Joe Minucci? Derek Pagel? Fact of the matter is that this regime has terrorized and trashed this once proud franchise for the past 39 years.

Is this a joke? McCaerins was already here when Mangini was hired. Conway was a one year dud during Herms term. Josh Evans, Derek Pagel? Both long gone before Mangini arrived. Also, when did Mangini ever say Clarke was the next Hutchinson or that Wadsworth was going to be like LT or Merriman?
If you fail to see the dangers and ignorance Mangini has poured into this franchise, thats your fault and not mine. I have seen the light, I know the way, and I will stop at nothing until this franchise has been purged of this mans wrong doings. We went 4-12 under this man for God's sake...it's been 39 years of him just ruining us with his lack of balls and skill to sign a big name FA that would turn everything around for us.

My point is that Mangini has not added talent to this team. If you ignore his drafts (which you should because FA matters more), all he's done is pick up other peoples garbage. He's a true Jet coach.
Well, why don't you try to use actual facts to back up your argument of the "dangers and ignorance Mangini has poured into this franchise" instead of flaunting your own ignorance. Players such as "McCareins, Conway, Pagel and Josh Evans" who were not brought in here by Mangini, should not be used as a point to proove Mangini's igorance.
