Definitely! All night I've been wondering what the heck was up with Brett Venables, but imo you just have to give credit to OSU. They came to play. They were well prepared, focused, and determined to prove their critics wrong and that they belonged in the playoff and to get revenge against Clemson for last year's loss. I'm not sure that anything Dabbo or Venables did could have changed the result. Clemson was a top team but they had obvious weaknesses with so many young players in their secondary and their OL wasn't very good. Etienne hasn't looked the same this year, and even Lawrence has had some rather pedestrian games this season.
Haha, oh yeah. Even just the way NFL scouting is done, even with the modernization we've seen it undergo in the past few years. Lawrence is a "classic pocket passer" with a lot of tape and pedigree. He's the golden boy. Fields is still seen as "a dual threat athlete" to varying degrees - no matter the actual truth is about how unbelievable his arm accuracy and strength, intelligence and leadership is.
Its only ONE game, but this sure makes me glad I only went to the ledge and didnt jump off the cliff after that Rams win.
I’m happy everyone else gets to see what Fields can do...judging him off of the one game where he hurt his hand vs Northwestern was not right Hes been doing a lot more of what we saw tonight for the last 2 years
And just like that. Lawrence's last pass a a Clemson Tiger is an Interception. Now go to Jaguars and rot under Florida sun you sun shine.
Don't mind me. I am tipsy. If he ends up with Jets I will still love him and cuddle him. I am a softie. Lol
