Our offense was sooooooooo predictable last year. Everyone who played us knew our O line was near the bottom of the league; and the 2 relative youngsters, though decent to probably good, were not nearly enough to make up for the decrepid play of their compliments. This destroyed our running game. Once that was gone, it took away the play action passing game. Couple that with the lack of protection and getting things done through the air was very, very difficult. Both of our QBs had a horrible environment to work in last year. It led to or augmented their ineffectiveness and corresponding mistakes. Add in too, that any team playing us could mount a very efficient, successful, ground game and it placed our QBs into more situational difficulty field-wise or point-wise. It was just too much to overcome. I will not boast of how well we will do this year, but I will proudly say at this point we should do much better than last year.
