We will never get any respect from Mike or Mad Dog. The Star Ledger is another culprit. Their coverage is just awful on the Jets, but the Giants get lots of coverage.
I love the roller coaster emotions on this board. Last week the Jets bought into the media hype and this week they're being disrespected and underrated again. I love it.
After listening to them daily this year they have never given the Jets any respect and that goes to air time. I know Russo is not a Giants fan or Jets fan and Francessa is a Giants fan i think but they both dislike the Jets and are in love with the Giants. Last week Russo was laughing when he found out from Boomer that the Eagles control the NFC east if they win out, thinking it would never happen. Giants now 0-3 vs Garcia.
As Imus said, Russo is "a painfully stupid, self-absorbed idiot." His words mean less than zero. He is not even worth anybody's time. Hey, if boring wins games like yesterday in Minnesota, then bore me to tears. Better yet, bore that retarded dipshit Russo to tears.
Maybe he thinks that any team that can get a stop on defense is boring. It is much more exciting when you let the other team drive down the field at will. It makes it a much better game.
Chwis Wusso is the "Mad Dog" on the "Mike and The Mad Dog Show" on WFAN radio out of NYC. And yes, that's a mispelling of his name, but it's exactly as he pwonounces it because he has gweat twouble pwonouncing his ahhhs. Need to know anything else, Ice Cweam Twuck?
For the most part I like them, but today when he called the Jets "Boring" was way off the mark. The Jets might not make for a great Talk Radio subject but I think they deserve more coverage then talking about how great the Skins-Saints game was.
I guess we're boring because we don't have prima donna's spitting or illegal guns, ect ect ect..So ya, we're boring. I'll take that any day. :grin: The most controversy they had on us was Leon Washington's rookie card incident.
Oh and another thing that seems really odd to me is that every week they say how much they like Herm and what a good job he is doing in KC.
The only reason Mike says Herm's doing a good job is because he, like the vast majority of this board, expected Herm to do very poorly with KC.
7-7 is good? Thier back up QB got 5 wins. I think at the very least Trent Green could have done the same.
I'm not the biggest Herm fan in the world, but think about our team and what we'd look like if we had Ramsey starting... I'd be happy with 5 wins out of him. Don't get me wrong, I'm especially glad we have a better record than the Chiefs.
more jets denial/ignoring today. Spent 1 1/2 useless hours on Barry Zito (who cares) Rutger football (who cares) maybe 45 minutes on the giants and 5 minutes on the Jets. Didn't even take a single Jets call. These guys hate our franchise. We're on the verge of the playoffs and these guys can't be bothered. Let's do another 40 minutes on east bumblefuck vs. tumbleweed college in the crap bowl....
