If you really believe that, well, the Packers aren't the Chargers. The Packers would be a team that, like the Colts and Steelers, would get the benefit of the refs.
I don't understand why there would need to be a conspiracy which would benefit the Patriots. Outside of Tom Brady, there is nothing marketable about the Patriots. Prior to 2001, the franchise had a rocky history. They were not a flagship team. The head coach is not well-liked at all. Refs have missed some calls here and there, but they do that with all 32 teams.
Some people would have you believe that the 2002 SB win was part of 9/11(Patriots...Patriotism), the tuck rule game vs. Oakland was the first time a questionable call goes in their favor, then in 2004 vs. the Colts where the PI was clearly seen twice by the same player and nothing gets called, then Spygate happens and it's been revealed that they have been taping teams since 2001 at least that's what some teams claim along with glitches with the play calling systems and the list goes on with calls that go in their favor anytime the score is close.
Actually during the regular season game the colts got a ton of terrible calls in their favor against the patriots, it was one of the worst officiated games of the year.
...another game without the Patsies called for a offensive holding penalty???? ....1 NE penalty the entire game???
If people want to believe this is possible, then the league would have made sure the New York team won on 12/2/01.
How Rodney Harrison alone doesn't get 5 calls a game is beyond me. Every single time, without exception, there is a player flying in late, high, low or getting people's face, it's him. Every single time...
It's like I sad before, it's a good thing my son isn't old enough to understand Walking out on your pregnant girlfriend Cheating on your wife Running over meter maids, assualting your female friend, admitting to slacking Lying to the fans, the city and the team that made you then somehow ending up a Pat collusion cheating when you've been told to not do it using HGH poor sportsmanship yet this is what we're stuck with...... it's un fucking real......
Should we all make lists of the actions of questionable moral integrity by the members of every single sports team? I don't think anyone is going to say "Hey look BB was named in a NJ divorce as an adulteress. If I cheat on my wife, maybe I'll be one of the best coaches ever!"
