As for the Bears and Ravnes D's how can any other aspect of a team win in the playoffs or a SB? According to you only one player is responsible for winning and losing in the post season and that's the QB...specifically Chad Pennington. For the umpteenth time, we all know and have all acknowledged that football is a team sport. However, within that team, you need a QB that can lead you past aggressive Defenses, or at the very least, not turn the ball over against those Ds and in big Playoff games.

Pennington doesn't fit this description. Montana did. Dilfer did. You can't argue against that because they advanced to the SB and won. Pennington has done neither. No matter how good his team around him is, there will always be that D that exposes his limitations and rattles him.

End of story.
