See here is what I don't understand--what team would offer Chad significant money not knowing whether he can throw or not? No one has seen him throw, why would they make an offer? Chad is on his way to Tim Couchville. Any deal he may get will have to include incentives, just like the one the Jets are offering. And he will at least get out on the field and show whether he can throw or not. I don't see him holding on to this hard line right up to the cutoff date.
