Nobody is saying that, but where is the "he can't throw 5 yards", "he's clearly done" and "he can't beat good teams" crowd?
He still sux. He still can't be counted on in a tight spot. He still can't throw on a rope. And he will still bring his team to new heights of mediocrity. Good riddance.
Very true... I'm thinking he might last longer though giving he's in Miami and not the HC. This has to be a somewhat less stressful position, although maybe that is because we don't see him weekly on tv belly-achin' about the stress of running a team.
The thing is, Miami is using Chad in much more creative and effective ways then the Jets did. Rather then throw the fade all the time, Miami sticks with lots of outs and crossing routes. And Chad is eating it up.
Defense, running game and clock management. Why couldnt the present Jets staff get on board with what miami is doing? I believe Dan Henning is a good O.C. and they have two very capable running backs which he utilizes to the fullest. Schottenheimer did what Hackett did and this team was became very predictable. Schottenheimer does not use his weapons well and enough. Chad just has to manage games which is what chadwick does well.
Curtis Martin got old and they kept letting good O-linemen get away. We somehow did it with Chad and mirrors in 2006, but that's what happened in my opinion, and it came to a head last year. That's why we still sucked after Clemens came in.
You guys are INSANE. You do realize in the original post I said "I ALMOST miss him" ...lmao crazy asses!
