he's not. nobody is making fun of his injuries. we have pointed out all along that after teams saw him more than once, after the raiders exposed him to the blitz, after bellichek showed that you flood the middle with defenders, force him to throw outs/picks, he was shown to be a short-term wonder. did you see mcquarters pick off the out to cotchery? you can bet after last nite and tampa that other teams are praying he starts so they can take the entire offense out of the game.

Nothing against Chad but I am really getting sick and tired of giving Jets players a break. Maybe they should start giving me, a long time suffering Jets fan, a break.

    QB's

Chad's a keeper; but, shouldn't be the starter.

Saw the Oklahoma QB got tossed out for having a job at a dealership.
I have no idea what the "rules" are about that.

It's really getting late to be having a QB problem.

There's only one QB that has enough experience and performing adequately enough to start.

I'm not going to try and defend Chad's play, but I am looking forward to all the haters lining up for his manjuice if we're above .500 after 8 games.

Whos really killing chad..wheres the breaking news here.

We could go 16-0 with Chad...and the bottom line is that he throws a duck on most passes..it just....f...l...o...a...t...ssssssss.

Now Im sure if healthy he can win. He showed he could...but it is what it is.

It's obvious that Mangini is playing possum and setting up NE for week 2. He clearly feels we can beat TN with a vanilla dink and dunk O and good D. He is trying to lure NE into putting 9 in the box against Chad so Chad can unload on them with his lighting fast release and rope like throws 25 to 35 yards down the field to Coles and Smith. You will see TE catching bullets 18 yards out and beautifully thrown darts between a safety and a CB that only Coles, McCariens or Cotch can catch.

The Jets O has been under wraps in the hanger waiting for week 2 to destroy the Pats.

Wow you're posts really support your argument. Does the fact that the Jets are a losing team since 2002 without him have anything to do with him being a head above everyone else on the roster? Stop posting smilies and post some friggain insight. It's so annoying and I'm not the only one who notices you can't go a thread without bringing up "noodle - arm." I wouldn't step up and put everything behind my throws either if I knew that I have zero runningbacks that can pass protect and four lineman that can block. The line is young, and I'm sure Chad knows that holding onto the ball forever isn't going to do much. He has a quick release and he's a west coast quarterback, plain and simple. You don't need to throw the ball a mile on a frozen rope to be effective. 5 yard out, 4 yard run and you'll get yourself a first down.

It's obviously not a high risk high reward offense, although it's an offense that can move the ball and sustain long drives assuming that Blaylock can continue running the way he has the past two games. It's not like Manning looked like a superstar either last night. The Giants have a top 3 pass rush along the defensive line and two linebackers that feast on zone coverages. We're obviously not going to open our playbook to show the whole NFL what we're doing. There are too many people ripping every little detail now, and the same thing happened after the Parcells hiring. There's such a bad taste in everyones mouth from last years potential championship preseason team, to a flop, that anything but a 25/25 performance with 400 passing yards isn't enough.
