This. And we absolutely have to draft an OLB next year. The whole "Maybin put on weight and is looking to be a more complete LB" theory clearly hasn't worked out as well as some of us (myself included) thought it would.
The Jets D hasn't tackled well for few seasons now....and yeah they are slow...I was hoping we'd see some of the youth on D play more but they aren't. I disagree that we can't rush the passer. Didn't we get 3 sacks today? Also, pass rush is as much about playcalling as it is about player talent....just look at Mario Williams last week.
Sadly, agree with these. Our LB's are not good... Even Harris who is a fan favorite is just barely good, and not great. We better pray Demario Davis is what Rex thinks he is because he is our only saving prayer at that position. And where has Maybin been? And where the hell was Coples today??? Is McIntyre really better than him? Sigh. Revis made a ton of money today, and anyone who thinks he is dispensable after this year if foolish.

The entire defense over pursued to an obscene amount today and I'm just amazed the Rapist didn't touch us worse then he did today.
