    Thats not exactly true.

    In Seattle they did things the way the Jets could possibly be doing it. They hired Carroll first and then Schneider a week later. And they're widely considered the best team in football.

    There is no exact way to do it.

    They are more the exception to the rule, It worked for them but Wrecks/Idzick was a train wreck

    It was but Rex was more forced on Idzik and he'd already been here for a good while.

    This scenario would be a little different because they would both be coming in fresh.

    What I want is two guys who can work together. Who gets here first isn't that big of a deal to me.

    Tanny/Wrecks should have either both stayed or both been fired...it wasn't fair to Idzick to not pick his own coach

    Ron Wolf was a fantastic NFL executive. His philosophy on quarterbacks worked out well for the Packers. He's an excellent consultant.

    Casserly... ehhhhh not so much.
