Ha! You couldn't beat us last year without Dansby. Hmmm...I don't feel so worried.

    PS
J-LO plus Fergie=the hottest owners in the NFL.

    GO MIAMI!

Dansby is a helluva inside linebacker hopefully the phins botch it and he signs with the Giants.

We knew this was happening, hate to say it but Miami is starting to scare me more then the Pats. They kicked our ass twice last year and they appear to be getting better. Henne looks to be the real deal and Ricky and Ronnie are as good as an RB tandem as there is in the league.

The good news is Ronnie is coming off his 2nd serious injury in 3 years and Parcells is now in year 3 so you know he's already thinking about quitting on them too.

They won 2 close games, one they needed 3 non offensive TDs-they didn't "kick our ass".

W/ that said Miami has a good team and we'll be battling w/ them for postseason spots. I think we are better as of today even if they get dansby but our teams are pretty close.

Parcells isn't coaching, he's a mediocre GM and a great Coach but thankfully he's not coaching. He did a good thing bringing Ireland and Sparano w/ him but the more involved he is in personnel the better for the rest of us.

It's so much better when the Dolphins are competitive. It was getting boring kicking their asses every year.

I think that Sanchez and Henne will have some great battles for the next several years.

  6. Many believe one of the main reasons Dansby likes miami so much is that he's really close friends w/ Ronnie Brown.

He's a great pick up for the Phins but their defense isn't even close to approaching the talent level of the jets

If that is the case why is he going to Miami? Miami seems to be really down on brown and his durability.

  8. Former teammate darnell Dockettw as on Sirius NFL yesterday...and pretty much gave away that Dansby likes Miami. He said that Dansby is a warm weather guy, that he feels comfortable in Miami's 3-4 scheme and that he'd lve to be reunited w/ college teammate Ronnie Brown. Whether he has considered what you mention above I don't know.

I'm sure he loves all those things but as usual it will come down to money, if they offer what he feels he deserves he'll sign w/ them.

South Florida is an attractive place to live and play for any player in any sport but it's always about the money first.

They beat us up pretty good in the 1st game, they needed a last second TD but in the trenches they kicked our ass. Our guys were really beaten by their OL that game. I'm sure the weather had something to do with it.

They've now won 3 in a row over us and while the Pats are showing signs of weakening the Phins appear ready to step up to the plate.

Parcells may be a mediocre GM (and his track record of drafting for us shows it) but his presence alone helped turn the Phins around. I have a hard time beleiving Sporano is the key behind their turnaround.
