You are quite wrong with this, unless the air rights were previously sold off the property owner has a certain amount of air space owned. Christ Church made $30 Million selling their air rights in NY

Somehow I believe the self-administered shower wand enema in southeast Asia.

I have a 7W green laser pointer that is quite capable of blinding a drone from a distance.

You are talking about building codes within the city of New York, not the rest of the country. From justia.com:

    Drones and Low-Altitude Flights

Unmanned aircraft known as drones are broadly available to the public and can fly at low altitudes over the property of others. Drone owners are free to fly these aircraft over private property, subject to FAA rules, without getting permission from the property owner. If a drone owner substantially impairs the property rights of a private party, though, they might face a civil lawsuit for compensation.

If that "drone" turns out to be a manned aircraft; law enforcement will be aiming at you.

And none of that disproves my statement that "unless they were previously sold off, the property owner has a certain about of airspace owned".

It will be the smallest manned aircraft in the history of aircraft. If its hovering over my property, I will paint it in blue laser light until its gone. Should be powerful enough to blind the optics on any low flying, nonmilitary drone. Class 4 Lasers are no joke.

I can still legally fly a drone or a 747 over it, I just can't build anything there. Or, apparently, scare your chickens.

Getting more brazen, and stupid I guess. My guess is this originated as some forum or Facebook page of hobbyists. And it’s growing because of the attention. It will come to light as they start doing stupid shit like getting airports shutdown.

There have been a ton in all different directions of the sky flying around my place. I do not believe it’s hobbyists. Idunno if they’re quite the size of cars and vans as people have reported but there are way too many that are large enough to make me think hobbyists don’t have the type of dough to shell out for things this size. Or there aren’t enough hobbyists that all have like $25,000 drones.

Probably 10-15 per night I’ve seen in the ten minutes it takes to walk my dogs. It’s either our military or aliens IMO. I’m just pretty surprised if it’s our military, they didn’t have a better excuse ready to go. Just say it’s a bunch of land surveyors?

Yeah, this is just too weird. Too much to be hobbyists. I didn’t realize how much this was going on until this am, I thought it was just one town in nj.

You would think the military would have ones that the lights turn off
