Talking about the game plan is not necessarily the same, of course, as talking about in game decisions (although in theory a CS could decide in planning for the game to taking and sticking to a certain approach during the game, regardless of the circumstances). To be specific the decision on fourth and short to kick the FG in hindsight was probably not the right one. That would have been Ryan's call. And not so much the game plan developed by the CS before the game.
