If there's even the possibility of getting Ngata, the Jets have to seriously consider it...even if it means losing one of the WRs, Cromartie and having to make some other difficult salary decisions. Of course this is all moot, Ngata won't even come close to hitting the market.
How often is he asked to play in run support? Dawan Landry hits like a truck and is a much better in the box safety. Reed is a roamer who has an exceptional ability to read QBs. Reed is a good tackler, maybe he doesn't get those highlight hits but he's a pretty sure tackler.
Look it, I've been watching reed play a long time. Do you know that you cannot go back and find a game in his history where he was ever a factor against his teams biggest divisional rival. He's mostly invisible the entire time. That should tell you everything you need to know about reed.
exactly wed have to cut our good young guys for him, and hes still too expensive. Landry would also cost a pretty penny
I'm glad to see that there is some common sense prevailing about reed here from the homers. He really isn't all that. He makes highlight reels with his picks and the national talking heads slobber on him. That is all.
I think everyone who isnt a steelers fan knows the guy is a stud. Especially since hes got some shitty ass corners to work with. Reed is easily one of the best safeties in the nfl, if not #2 after Polamalu.
There is no way Landry is let go by the Ravens... and between Zbikowski and Pool I think I'd keep Pool. PS And Reed has put up insane numbers this season not playing 100%... 8 INTs (3rd best year for him) and 16 PDef (tied 1st best year) in 10 games with shitty corners isn't exactly bad. He's still a game changer...
He did have 8 ints in 10 games this year, which lead the the nfl. Which is pretty god damn impressive. I mean I personally think hes way better than guys like Rolle, Wilson, Merriweather, Collins.
that's a positive, sure. But his age and recent injury history aren't worth giving him a contract with guaranteed money.
Oh im not talking about signing him at all. I dont think we should or that it would happen. All I was saying is I think the guy is still the 2nd best safety in the nfl.
Yinz is a second-person plural pronoun used mainly in southwest Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh, but it is also found throughout the Appalachians The more you know lol
What's wrong with typing well. I can't fucking understand you and I don't understand how you type with an accent.
