From a talent perspective, I would not mind bringing him back. I think the would we be fine with splitting time with Washington. The problem is that I don't think he is a "Mangini" guy, so I doubt we will even look into him but stranger thinks have happened.

I've said it many times, I want a young RB who will give us his best prime years. I loved LaMont but bringing him in now we'd be back to square one in 2-3 years.

Preferrably draft a RB, or try and get Turner.

Honestly, if Lamont didn't have any problems with the organization, he would be a good fit here as a talent. He's not going to get a starting job elsewhere, and we would give Leon enough carries to spell Lamont in order to keep them both healthy.

Now the question would be, even if Lamont hadn't burned any bridges with the organization itself, if Lamont would fit the type of player Mangini wants, which I don't think he would. Lamont never seemed to me to be a smart runner or a very tough runner. I don't think Mangini would bring him in. But he would fit in here as a talent very well.

If he is cut, i would think about it. But if we had to give something up for him, we could do better
