I watched the entire draft on ESPN and not one analyst said a negative word about Brick's footwork, stop trying to lie and cover-up the fact that you obviously know nothing of which you speak.

^^ Wow good footwork, balance, pass protections skills?? Champ is this all new info to you? :)

How is it with all the jet fans here that YOU are the only one fortunate enough to hear an espn analyst saying Dbrick is having a bad camp b/c of his poor footwork.

But lets face it the kid could go to the probowl and nothing would change in your eyes. Even if the kid lives up to his potential you will simply find something else to complain about.

Guess I listen & watched longer then you so the fault falls on you for not seeing/hearing what I saw. If you are angered by a negative article take it up with ESPN who did the evulation not me.

Champ, we don't have an article to take up with ESPN do we? We only have you blaming them for you incorrect statement. If you provide a link to the article at ESPN, I will personally contact them about their ridiculous article and PM it to you. Until you provide a link, you are WRONG.

Also, D'Brick is the man and will be a stud LT by the end of the year.

Since I watched the coverage on the NFL Network, I wouldn't have heard it even if they said it. Which analyst was it that supposedly said it?

Ok enough with Champ's nonsense. Is anyone else concerned that DBrick needed to be motivated by the OL coach for him to show his mean streak??

Vision, you need to give up this "mean streak" thing. That is what the coaches are supposed to do, bring out the fire inside. Not all OL are firey in practice. The fact that he opened up a can of whoop ass shows that he has plenty of fire in his belly to dominate at the NFL level.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by giving up this mean streak thing but I disagree with your last statement. Opening up a can of whoop ass on the likes of Bryan Thomas, Dave Ball & Joe Shmoe doesn't show me that he is ready to dominate on the NFL level. Especially since he was getting beat by Bryan Thomas until his coach started pushing buttons..

Well, I'll probably believe all of the various other reports that say the opposite of what you "think" you heard from one person.

I swear, you find one little tidbit that you think supports your position and you just run with it. It doesn't matter that just about every other publication or report or analyst says the opposite, you just won't let up.

Then again, the way your "selective" memory works, I doubt he even said anything even remotely close to what you claim he did.

He will be fine. It is a coaches responsibility to bring out the best in his player, even if it is 'pushing his buttons' like you say. The CS has plenty of time to help mold the rookie. If anything, I like the fact that he stepped up to the challenge of going back to back to back and wasting 3 defenders.

Just be happy that the coach found what button to push.

There are many players that need their buttons pushed, but sometimes the coach has no clue which button they actually need to press.

The giving up the mean streak comment was because you have been talking about D'Brick's lack of one since before the draft. He's going to be fine. I don't think by dominating 3 2nd stringers is a sign of NFL domination, but it is something that he should be doing anyway. For a guy with less than 10 NFL practices under his belt, all sign points to "Good Pick"

That is true, that has been my main concern since before the draft & it still is.. With the amount of pure talent that he has, that is the one thing thing that can keep him from reaching the level we need him to reach.. I agree, the signs do point to him being a good pick, I would just like to hear these kind of stories without the need for his coach pushing buttons.. Its only training camp but come gametime, he needs to play with that kind of intensity every snap. One play he takes off could be the end of Chads career..

That's right, because that's all you can do is repeat and repeat and repeat. Because that's what trolls do. Now go ahead and make your infantile, tiny-brained comments about MISINFORMATION and SLW because that's all you can do in support of your extreme lack of an argument. All the time. You are a waste of internet access.

I'm optimistic usually in training camp. The Wise motivation thing, I don't take too much from that. I don't take a ton from him pancaking Thomas, Ball, and Johnson either because it's training camp. Let me see it on the field. There's more good from bad from this article because I'm sure Ferguson will be much more motivated come the actual season and actual games.
