Yep, for the record LIJF lost a ton of cred here today, and as far as I am concerned he didn't have that much left to lose. Destroyed.

He denies having said he'd rather have the team lose with Chad than win with Favre. When he was faced with the quote saying he's rather lose more with Chad than win more with Favre, he pretends first like it was not a controversial thing at the time (then why did he deny he'd ever said that?), and then said what he said was actually not expressing a preference for losing with Chad compared to winning with Favre.

    Wow.

It didn't come from me. It came from your fellow Chad fanboy.

Oh ya, Cassel will without a doubt be a Jet. You can count on that. Mangini will do everything to push for him, just to spite BB and hope it works. The league and ESPN will love it, too. Push Jets-Patriots first primetime game next season. Mangini and Matt Cassel vs BB and Brady! Ya, that'll sell well.

You "felt sorry" for any team that picked him up knowing the Jets were talked about from the get go as a possibility, and you wanted Chad to stay.

    How'd I do?

I felt sorry for any team that picked him up because he was washed up and I didn't think the Jets would actually go for it. There's no doubt Chad got the shaft, but I certainly didn't want him to start for us this year.. I just wish he hadn't gone to the fish. Sorry bro, you did poorly.

28 TDs, over 4,000 yards and 2nd in MVP voting in 2007. That's "washed up"?

I think the one thing that everyone can agree on is that Chad should have gotten the shaft. Chad-haters are glad he got "shafted" and got cut. Chad-lovers would like to give him their "shaft".... oh my, I think I've gone too far :eek:hmy:

I love how you continually pull wreckless statements out of your ass without the slightest bit of factual insight into the legitimacy of what you are saying (actually, writing). Your statement is one that could ONLY be written by someone who either A) is Brett Favre OR B) Knows Brett Favre on a personal level well enough to have had Brett tell him/her how he really feels about playing for the Eric Mangini.

I love the way Chad Fans just write stuff like that as if it is a given that Chad got some kind of unfair treatment from the Jets.

Unfair treatment? I certainly think there was no evidence of that.

For example, he got paid pulenty to play here with so so results. One of the highest paid Qb's, when he didn't deserve to be. Limited offensive schemes were installed and players chosen to fit his weaknesses. He certainly could not complain of a lack of support from the CS. Other specific examples of support abound, including his free pass to start in 07 followed by a major bed sh!tting as he proceeded to take the team to an overall record of 1-8. He was asked to renegotiate his contract and begrudgingly agreed to a minor modification, still leaving him grossly overpaid. He then was given the opportunity to win the starting position again, after having gone 1-8, and failed to impress against Clemens. Only after all that, and after Brett Favre, future HOF'er, became available was he given the option to make a deal with another team, no strings attached, which he did.

Seems more like he owes the Jets than that they owe him anything.

For a guy so over Chad you certainly have a lot to say about him and his fans. You clearly have Pennington envy the way YOU carry on about him.

It is not fair for me to comment about baseless posts saying Chad was given the shaft?

    Pennington envy. What is that?
