i'd sit him more. drunk driving is something dangerous and preventable. make a stand. it's sad, but tough shit. the jets didn't make this situation but need to deal with it.

He's an idiot for blowing if he knew he was drunk!!! I refused the breath test after being pulled over for speeding and got away with a traffic ticket and drinking driver program (after $4,000 in legal fees). If they do not have concrete proof you can easily screw the prosecution by delaying the trial, leaving them with a DWAI plea (a glorified traffic ticket, not a misdemeanor).. Of course you need a decent lawyer to go through with all of this.
