Brainlessly bash former Jet employee, Brian Schottenheimer

What in the hell?

 

He's almost whispering so his grandma doesnt hear him. He also looks like he was sucking on a 8 ball or something.

 

I don't really have a strong opinion on this topic either way.
I will throw this out there though.

With the success of the two minute drill to end the game vs the Lions and finally get the offense out of their funk, it will be very telling to see when and if they go to this early next week.

If we don't see the hurry up at all outside of the traditional paradigm, then I will be convinced we have a problem here with this guy.

Now of course certain situations may make this unecessary such as early scores by the special teams or defense....but outside of those types of circumstances I expect to see them do this.

If they don't then I will be convinced that Schotty isn't fully committed to taking advantage of the teams strengeths.

 

3rd and 2. Schotty wants to spread the offense out instead of ground and pound with Shonn Greene. Nice call Brian.

 

Just what i thought. Run it on 3rd down, run it again on 4th down.

 

Brilliant call by Schotty on that Cotchery TD. The way he convinced the Browns' secondary to blow their coverage was amazing.

I like the fact that Greene is getting more carries. This is the kind of game where he needs carries.


But that bullshit call on the 1 yard line was fucking terrible.

I saw Sanchez running it in on the presnap.

The DL opened the hole up. Good shit Mark.

 

YAY we all got mad and the Jets still scored! Lets figure out how to not give Schotty any credit for it though.... Sanchez made that play, Schotty suxorz!!!11!!!

 

Schotty deserves all the credit for that TD. He is just a beautiful human being.

come on man, you gotta admit that the play calling at the end of the half from the 1.5 yard line was questionable

 

No shit it was questionable to us.

I don't pretend to know what is going on during the game, and I certainly don't act like a touchdown drive should have been handled differently. I don't need to like the play calling as long as the play calling works. Which it did.
