why is that? Favre had been using one playbook (with some changes, obviously) for 16 years. Also, he's 37 years old and it's much more difficult to absorb new information at that age. Simms is only 28.
Well...if Simms could pick up Gruden's playbook...which is probably in the top 3 most complex in the league...then he might have some success in NWE.... Either way.....New England sent him home already...so it's a moot point.
This coming from someone that thought pre-Brady-injury next week was going to be a gimme for the Pats. Remember, keep your username and show up next week after the game, twat-face. BTW, any Pats fans thinking the hit was dirty has forgotten the true meaning of karma.
Abyz...if Grogan isn't hangin' from his showerhead by next Monday...that would be a bigger upset than the Jets beating the Pats.
I think Favre's football skills give him the advantage. If he has 75 percent down now, he'll have 100% down by week 4. Simms has to learn the playbook and then use more game days to get comfortable while Favre had the advantage of some TC.
Nah it would take a real man to do that..... Somewhere Bridget Moynahan and JET are having a little laugh at daddy's expense So lets see.... In the time Tommy Boy cheated on his pregnant girlfriend: The Pats choke away a huge lead and blow a playoff game to the King of Choke who go on to win the SB. The Pats get caught cheating and tarnish their legacy The Pats have maybe the best season in NFL history and choke in the SB to a team they beat earlier in the year. Tom suffers a season ending injury Looks like this towel jockey's deal with the devil has expired too... I think I hear the devil calling.... what's that? Your looking for Tommy.
What could be better than watching the Jets lose to a Q.B. that hasn't started a game since High School?? That would be something now wouldn't it? Dick face.
Grogan: If the Pats do win it will mean Brady wasn't all that important because any decent QB could win with that team.
Not at all but I'm sure Jet fans will try and spin it that way. You don't replace a Tom Brady, can't be done. That said there's alot of talent on this team, and Jet fans are going to be in for real shock when the Pats don't just role over and die. I don't know what Jet fans watched last week, but I watched the Jets barely beat a 1-15 team, then Pat themselves on the back for the effort. On the other hand I watched the Pats rally around a back up QB that had thrown only about 30 passes in his entire pro-career, and steped into one of the hardest situations in sports. As I said before, Jet fans that think they are walking into a gimme on Sunday are in for a big surprise. Wouldn't it just be the Jets, to lose to a QB that hasn't started a game since High School? Sounds like the Jets to me.
Bye Bye Miss American pie Drove his Bentley to the surgeon but the surgeon was.....dry? and good old Jets are....... **Breaking News** Giselle Bundeschun spotted with Aaron Rodgers at Nobu-Wisconsin. Keep it tuned to the sports leader for more breaking news.
