Bradway and the other guy had to go. It was obvious the old guard in the Jets org were sold to their past mistakes and the way they were doing things.
Having a QB who can hold onto the ball while running around for 5 seconds and then make a good pass has something to do with it too. The only guy in the NFL who comes close to creating as much time as Roethlisberger for his receivers to get open is Aaron Rodgers.
What's funny about Junc is that the very recent success he's been mentioning couldn't have been possible without firing people previously -- who he also defended when it came time to fire them. Who cares how much blame Bradway should get. The important thing is that this GM has a solid background in Scouting, and he wanted Bradway out.
Great post!!! I'm in total agreement. Real "consistency" can only happen once you have the right leadership and approach in place. One could keep the same FO & CS in place for 20 years but wouldn't have the right kind of consistency and continuity if they weren't the right guys with the right approach.
Its about time,We can only hope now that we have hired the right people to fix this team that lacks playmakers across the board
Didnt know where to post this, but via Ciminis twitter, sanjay lal is joining rexs staff in buffalo. It keeps grtting better!
Am I getting my Christmas gift a few days too late, or about a year too early? Either way, I am a happy man with this news. P.S. RIP Sammy Watkins. You are a guaranteed bust, thanks to that man Lal. When in doubt, consult Stephen 'Stone-hand' Hill.
