Bradway didn't want to lose him first time around, but the offer made by the Redskins was way over the top. He did get him back didn't he? What I'm trying to say is that it's clear that the players Mangini got from Bradway weren't scrubs otherwise they'd already be gone. Credit Mangini for making them much better that Herm ever could have. Not all these players are long term answers, but most based on their performance this year should stick as starters for a while. I think his major mistake was he was sticking to a lousy head coach who just "play to barely lose the game in last two min"
I have to spit a little venom before I set my bear traps for Santa tonight, I'm feeling lucky. Terry Bradway is a solid scout and when he was motivated in his position of Jets GM, he wasn't all bad. But it is a fact that the son of a bitch phoned it in for over a year before he stepped down. He did some 3-day work weeks and half-assed it from Atlantic City the rest of the time. Now he's rejuvenated? Is it because he's not saddled with a one-dimensional HC that won't play his acquisitions? Maybe. And would that justify the BS that we had to put up with from him? HELL NO! Go to the Giants, Terry, there are other scouts in the league, and most of them show up to work every day. Go ruin the Giants' FO with your apathy.
