I agree with that point for the four years that they both had a spot on the roster. This year does not fall under that category.
Yeah, keeping Leon active would have actually hurt us to this point in the season. We've had injuries and struggles on defense and have needed as many active defensive players as possible. Thank God we have someone returning kicks who can contribute in so many other ways and free up that active slot.
dude, but leon washington returned 2 kicks in 1 game. duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuudeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. ijfjoprwfhqqqqorufhhhoruwwwwwwwwwwwgh im extremely happy with brad smith.
Considering how terrible the Chargers special team has been this season, Leon's two KR TDs don't count anymore. Who can tell if this is serious? I fucking dare you.
I know enough football to tell that most of your arguments are complete bullshit. You like playing Devil's Advocate, it's your shtick. Own up to it. Oh, and dig deeper.
So did Chad Morton. I'm happy with what Smith has done so far and the team is 5-1. No complaints or "what ifs" here.
It's obvious you don't know enough from your weak arguments so you have to start crap like this or discuss me in most of your posts to deflect from your lack of knowledge. It's like the mnessage board special olympics w/ you and your crew. I'm not insulting, I am admiring your quick wit. The jokes are non stop and hilarious. The pot and kettle image, that hilarious avatar of yours, it never ends.
The lone reason why Smith is more valuable is $$$. Leon wanted #1 back money for being a ST player. Looking back I am so glad he didn't sign that contract because of course he broke his leg and we likely wouldn't have LT who IMO is a much better running back and just as valuable as Leon was in the Mangini years. However at this point in his career Leon is reduced to the Chad Morton role albiet he is much better then Morton but no Leon means we are able to have both Smith and LT which I think most people would take over this years version of Leon.
