You actually still put stock into these press conferences / take them seriously? If I were Bowles, I would tell them to eat a dick on live TV. ESPECIALLY if it was Manish / Cimini.
Just recollecting the pre/post game interviews with B. Parcells, he was at many times very terse or very aloof to certain questions that were just plain dumb, irrelevant or silly. Just like the ones the reporters posed about the feud between Richardson and Marshall. I think there is a line to draw as to what questions need to be addressed and what ones to drop like a lead weight. While I agree that Bowles appears clueless at times in post game interviews, I also feel he has to take a stand to inane questions these reporters pose that sound as if they're writing for the National Inquirer.
