Oh.. Whoa. That just turned me around. Instead of not liking the trade from one side it appears you just don't like it from the other side.

That was speculation. But, who cares? They got a guy getting cut. We got a guy getting cut and a draft pick. WINNER: NYJ:beer:

Either way you look at it, you are still getting something, rather then nothing. AT least the NT will definetly see some playing time, where as Brooks is only going to see playing time due to injury.

Can we just be a little positive on this? Even if the guy is getting cut, I think it's better to get him now, then have to compete with other teams to get him.

I think the biggest debate is about who got their needs fullfilled....

That's a good thing because the Bradway/Edwards regime made a habit of importing players via free agency and draft who had more appeal because of potential than solid play.

We have a lot of trash to foist off on other teams before we get back to where we should be.

It's nice to see that Brooks will have a job in this league.

I'm not at all happy to see Bolly go. I really liked him. However, this deal is a steal, and there is no reason the Jets shouldn't have pulled the trigger.

Now I just pray Penny will stay healthy all year so Clemens can get acclimated to the schemes before being thrown into the fire.

I can't stomach watching Ramsey throw a pass in real time.

This cracked me up. Ramsey sure has not distinguished himself among our QB's. That's for sure.

Anyway, I am glad to see Jolley finally head butted his way out of Ney York. What a waste of a 2nd round pick.

    Mangini certainly doesn't tollerate stupidity.........

Technically Jolly cost us a first round pick. We got a second round pick and Jolly in return.

Best of luck to Bollinger. I rather of had him start then Ramsey if Chad were to go down... Guess that is out of the water..

Same here, i liked him and hoped he stayed...never going to be a superstar but he gave his all and he did well last season in what was a disasterous year.

Best of luck mate and hope you get some game time.

    bollinger OFFICALLY gone

    Bollinger officially a Viking
A Vikings spokesman confirmed that Brooks Bollinger and C.J. Mosley passed their respective physicals.
That means Bollinger is a Viking now, and Mosley a New York Jet. The Jets also get an undisclosed draft pick, believed to be in the seventh round.
